AIQ Systems LLC
Privacy Policy & GDPR Requirements
AIQ Systems LLC (the “Company”) respects the privacy of every visitor to AIQeducation.com and the services provided through it (the “Site”). This statement explains what information is gathered during your visit and how it may be used.
Use of Information
As a general policy, no personally identifiable information — such as your name, address, or e-mail address — is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. Certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company's internet servers: browser type, operating system, and IP address, gathered to enhance your online experience.
The Site's mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Information submitted is used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including improvement of our products, services, and the contents of the Site. The Company may share such information with our business and promotional partners to further those interests. Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products; you may always opt out of future mailings as provided below.
The Company does not store credit card information received in regard to a specific transaction or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to that transaction or as otherwise authorized by a user.
The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with the Company's rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
Children Age 13 and Under
The Company recognizes a special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. If you are 13 years old or younger, the Company requests that you not submit any personal information to the Site or to the Company. If we discover that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided personally identifiable information, we will delete that child's information from our records.
We encourage parents to go online with their kids. A few tips for a safer online experience:
- Teach kids never to give personal information unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult — including name, address, phone, and school.
- Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
- Look for website privacy policies and know how your child's information is treated.
- Check the FTC's site for more tips on protecting children's privacy online.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information a website transfers to your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Site easier by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences. These cookies are restricted to use on our Site and do not transfer personal information to any other party. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can reset your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly or may run considerably slower.
We use traffic-log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze webpage traffic and improve our website by tailoring it to customer needs. We use this information only for statistical analysis, after which the data is removed from the system. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you other than the data you choose to share with us.

Registration & Member Information
Members are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for our Services, including name, address, telephone number, and billing information (such as a credit card number and expiration date). Personal information collected during registration is used to manage each Member's account (such as for billing purposes) and is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances.
Your Credit Card Information Is Secure
We are committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card information is stored only in encrypted form and processed using a secured order server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Access to your personally identifiable information is restricted to employees with proper clearance who need it to provide products or services to you. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.
If you prefer to place your order by telephone, call us during normal business hours at 1-800-332-2999 with your credit card and billing information.
Partners and Sponsors
Some AIQ Systems products and services are offered in conjunction with a non-affiliated partner. To provide some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, you will be notified before any such data is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature. AIQ Systems may share non-identifying, aggregate information — but not personal information — with such partners to administer co-branded products or services.
E-mail Inquiries
When Visitors or Members send e-mail inquiries to AIQ Systems, we use the return e-mail address only to answer the inquiry. It is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with any third party.
Voluntary Customer Surveys
We may periodically conduct business and individual customer surveys. Your personal information and responses remain strictly confidential, even if a third party conducts the survey, and participation is voluntary. Responses are aggregated with those of other customers to create broader, generic results (such as gender, age, residence, hobbies, education, employment, industry sector, or other demographic information), which we use to improve our services and develop new products. This aggregated, non-personally-identifying information may be shared with third parties.
Special Cases
It is AIQ Systems' policy not to use or share personal information about Visitors or Members in ways unrelated to those described above without providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, AIQ Systems may disclose personal information about Visitors or Members, or information regarding use of the Services, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe it is reasonable to do so — including to satisfy laws such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; to disclose information necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or other policies; to operate the Services properly; or to protect the Company and our Members.

Please take care when using these features.
Data Security

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet; you do so at your own risk.
In the Event of a Change in Ownership
In the event of a change in ownership, or a merger or acquisition of AIQ Systems by another entity, all (or select aspects) of AIQ Systems customer information (including e-mail addresses) may be transferred to the new entity or owner. All AIQ Systems subscribers and registered users will be notified within sixty business days of any change in ownership, merger, or acquisition of AIQ Systems assets by a third party. Subscribers and users may choose to access and modify their registration and subscription information at that time.
