AIQ Historical Dataset

Thank you for your AIQ Historical Data order

One time purchase of AIQ's comprehensive dataset includes over 6500 tickers on US stocks, indices, and mutual funds. This is a digital download.

The historical data is contained in a self-extracting file

Click on the download button. The download will begin shortly.

- In Internet Explorer we suggest you save the file to your system
- In Google Chrome the file saves automatically

- In Firefox select save

By saving the file, the dataset will be available for you to use at a later date or backup. Once the file has finished downloading, locate the install file Oct23.exe, it will be in your downloads folder, or you can search for the file name.
NOTE: we recommend you backup your existing /wintes32 and subfolders before installing any new data.

- Double click to run the file, click OK, and select setup. The install defaults to your /wintes32 folder and will locate your /wintes32/tdata folder to install the files
support@aiqsystems.com for instructions prior to running the install.









Once the install completes, your Master Ticker List will rebuild. You are now ready to use the new data in AIQ.


Creating your own data CD to use in AIQ Data Manager Ticker Import Utility and Find and Create tools

You can create your own historical Data CD that can be used in conjunction with the AIQ Data Manager Ticker Import Utility and Find and Create tools.

You'll need to download a separate file and have access to an unzipping tool like winzip.

- Download CD zip file (Oct23.zip) by clicking the download button below.


Click on the download button. The download will begin shortly.

- Once you have downloaded this file, you'll need to unzip the contents to a blank CD in your CD drive. Once the files are on the CD, you can use the following Data Manager tools to selectively add tickers to your database from the CD.



Ticker Import Utility

- In Data Manager, Manager, Ticker Import Utility. You can specify what tickers you wish to import, filtering by list, price and/or volume.




Find and Create

- In Data Manager, List, Find and Create.



- Deselect the Lookup via MyTrack online.

- Click on Do Lookup, and locate your CD drive.

- Click OK. then click Do Creation.
